About Us

Who We Are

We are an alternative energy development company focused on the waste sector. We structure, develop, finance and implement projects to have a net zero impact on the environment. Trilogy provides a fully integrated waste management solution, from the collection or acceptance of waste streams, through the generation of energy and other commodities, to the elimination or disposition of all process byproducts.

Waste Streams Covered

Municipal Solid Waste (MSW).

Biomass, Food and Agricultural Waste.

Tires, Plastics and Carpets.

Wastewater and Sewer sludge.

Outputs Produced

Electrical Power.

Liquid Fuels.

Fertilizers.

Carbon black and other marketable commodities.

We aim to convert nearly 100% of the waste stream, leaving little for the landfill.

We bring together a consortium of companies that cover all aspects of a project, from concept to completion, idea to implementation. Our consortium members and project partners are leading technology providers, contractors, financing and lending institutions, insurance and risk mitigation providers, private investors, operations and management companies and other key consultants and services providers.

We bring, under one umbrella, every conceivable component and potential participant necessary for A-to-Z, start-to-finish solution for project implementation.

What Makes Us Unique

Our foundation rests on four unique pillars, incapable of being replicated:

Patented and proprietary technologies, market-proven and bankable, that yield market-high efficiencies in waste conversion, with the lowest emissions and fewest waste by-products.

Performances fully guaranteed or insured by leading companies, eliminating residual risk for the city or host.

Pre-set arrangements with all necessary project participants, leaving few contingencies for successful project implementation.

Projects tailored to meet the specific needs of a city or host, with flexibility in structuring, ownership, financing, energy outputs and scalability.

Our Partners and Providers

Evergreen Energy

Evergreen Energy was formed in 2008 and is headquartered in Mercer, WI. Their personnel have conducted years of lab and field testing on new methods to improve the efficiency of anaerobic digestion – an old, stagnant technology. Evergreen Energy and Clark technology jointly developed the finest anaerobic digestion (AD) process in the world, referred to as “4th Generation AD Process” which has been put into practice in Biogas Leeuwarden WTE Plant, on the campus of Wageningen University in the Netherlands.
